Master IPC Trainer
I started my career working in the semiconductor field at Analog Devices. While there I worked in a clean room environment producing silicon wafers to final product. It was here that I started training fellow employees on policies and equipment. While taking part in “train the trainer” programs I learned the skills needed to interact and guide employees. After moving to Florida in 2003, I joined RFMD working in repair and rework. I then took on a leadership position managing the prototype department for 10 years. As a manager in the prototype role I have honed my skills in PCB rework and repair along with employee interaction. During this time, I continued to train in house including IPC standards. Working hand in hand with quality assurance, the training has empowered employees to produce consistent quality products.
I joined Circuit Technology in 2019 and have since been certified as a Master IPC Instructor.
