These terms govern your use of the CTTi website and your purchase of training services from Circuit Technology Training Inc. By using the site or registering for a class, you agree to them.
Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about and purchase training services. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to bypass security measures, submitting forms by automated means, or scraping content for resale.
Registrations and payment
A seat in a scheduled session is reserved when payment is completed (or a purchase order is approved, where offered). Prices are listed in US dollars. Quotes for onsite training are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Cancellations, transfers, and refunds
Cancellation, transfer, and refund terms are stated during checkout and on your registration confirmation. CTTi may reschedule or cancel a session that does not meet minimum enrollment; in that case you may transfer to another session or receive a full refund.
Certification
IPC certifications are issued under CTTi's IPC training license and are subject to IPC's program rules, including examination requirements and certification validity periods. Passing a certification exam is not guaranteed by enrollment.
Intellectual property
Course materials, training kits, and website content are the property of CTTi or its licensors (including IPC) and are provided for your own training use. They may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTTi's liability arising from a training purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that training.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
