Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about registration, payments, onsite training, and IPC certifications. Can't find what you need? Contact us and we'll help.

Registration

How do I register for a class?

Pick a class from the catalog, choose an upcoming session, and complete checkout online. You can register several students in one order and add their names later if you do not have them yet.

Can I reschedule or cancel a registration?

Yes — contact us or use the student portal to request a reschedule or cancellation. Requests made at least ten business days before the session start are not charged a change fee.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout. Companies can also register with a purchase order; seats are reserved immediately while our staff review the PO.

Can I pay with a purchase order?

Yes. Choose the invoice/PO option during registration and provide your PO number and billing contact. Your seats are held while the PO is reviewed, typically within two business days.

Onsite Training

How many students do I need for onsite training?

Onsite classes work best with five to sixteen students per cohort. Larger groups are split into multiple cohorts. Request a quote and we will recommend the right structure for your team.

Certifications

How long is an IPC certification valid?

IPC certifications are valid for two years from the completion date. We recommend scheduling recertification a couple of months before expiry so there is no gap in your credential.

What is the difference between CIS and CIT certification?

A Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) is trained to apply a standard on the production floor. A Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) is qualified to teach and certify CIS students at their own company.

General

Do you offer classes in Spanish?

Yes — selected sessions are taught in Spanish and are marked with a language badge on the schedule. Onsite classes can be delivered in Spanish on request.
