Nordson partnering with Circuit Technology Training for field service

In May 2024, Circuit Technology Training, Inc. (CTTi) announced their partnership with Nordson Test & Inspection to offer field service, training, preventative maintenance, and remote support for their X-ray products. The goal of this partnership is to expedite all service requests to meet our customers' current and future needs.
The scope of support is for the following equipment in the Test & Inspection group: Nordson DAGE — Quadra Pro, Quadra, Diamond, Ruby, Jade and XD Series X-Ray Systems; and Nordson Assure/Optical Control x-ray component counters.
Services include remote support and troubleshooting, installation and training, advanced training, preventative maintenance, health checks, and radiation survey / report.
CTTi added Richard Suitter to the team in the role of Field Service Engineer. Richard comes to CTTi with extensive x-ray process experience, including seven years of experience with Nordson directly.
