This policy describes how Circuit Technology Training Inc. ("CTTi", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use this website, register for training, or contact us.

## Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly: contact and inquiry form submissions (name, email, company, phone, message), class registrations (registrant and attendee names, emails, billing details), and onsite quote requests. The website's newsletter signup is disabled and does not accept new submissions.

-   Contact and inquiry details you submit through our forms.
-   Registration and attendee information needed to deliver and certify training.
-   Payment information, processed by our payment provider — card numbers never touch our servers.
-   Technical and analytics data about how the site is used, including advertising attribution identifiers where permitted.

## How we use it

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver training, issue certifications, process payments, measure advertising performance, and operate and secure this website. We do not sell personal information for money.

## Attendee emails

Email addresses supplied for class attendees are used strictly for transactional purposes — session logistics, certification records, and reminders. They are never added to marketing lists.

## Cookies and analytics

For our primarily United States audience, analytics and advertising measurement are enabled by default. Visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland default to denied consent signals. Google Tag Manager coordinates Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft advertising measurement; Microsoft Clarity may provide session insights and heatmaps. After a successful inquiry or purchase, consented advertising measurement may receive the email address and normalized phone number you provided for enhanced conversion matching; the advertising platforms hash these values before transmission. Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control in the footer to disable advertising storage, user data, personalization, and sharing while leaving analytics enabled. The choice persists, includes an undo option, and Global Privacy Control signals are honored automatically. Essential cookies needed for site operation are unaffected.

## Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run and measure the business — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics and advertising measurement, and the IPC certification registry where your certification requires it — under agreements that limit how they may use it. You can opt out of advertising sharing through the footer control.

## Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, certification records). Access is restricted to staff who need it, and form submissions are protected against abuse and stored in access-controlled systems.

## Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to keep it. If you submitted newsletter interest through an earlier version of the site, you may ask us to remove that record through the contact page.
