1. Yellow belt (level one) 1-day overview
A certified LSS Yellow Belt is a professional with a fundamental understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including a working knowledge of all subject matter contained in Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control (DMAIC) phases of any LSS project. This course provides an excellent introduction to LSS to enable participants to determine if advanced Green Belt / Black Belt training is of value to them and their organizations. YB training can also be used to prepare LSS project team members for successful participation within GB & BB projects.

2. Green belt (level two) 4-days
A certified LSS Green Belt has a more thorough knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including a thorough understanding of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control (DMAIC) phases of a LSS project. The LSS Green Belt is also qualified to analyze, implement, perform, & apply Lean Six Sigma with a high level of proficiency. The level 2 certified Green Belt is designed to have a support role that is on a part-time basis compared to their full-time responsibilities within their organization.

3. Green Belt-Advanced (level three) 5-days
A certified LSS Green Belt (Advanced) has an advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including a thorough understanding of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control (DMAIC) phases of a LSS project. The LSS Advanced Green Belt is also qualified to analyze, implement, perform, & apply Lean Six Sigma with a high level of proficiency. The level 3 certified GB (Advanced) is designed to have a project leadership role that can be on a part-time basis compared to their full-time responsibilities within their organization. The benefit of this GB-Advanced training is that each candidate will have a comprehensive GB project charter along with their certification.

4. Black Belt (level four) 10-days
A certified LSS Black Belt is proficient in project management, statistical & financial analysis, facilitating meetings, prioritizing tasks, and other key value-added capabilities. The Black Belt has an advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including a complete understanding of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control (DMAIC) phases & the tools used to successfully complete multiple complex LSS projects. The LSS BB projects have a scope that is enterprise wide, and result in a higher level of improvement and cost savings. As a full-time continuous improvement Leader, the BB will mentor various GB candidates throughout the organization in their improvement efforts.
